Beaux Arts Architectural Rendering.

Here's a class being taught.
I pour through these urban sketching books, journals, websites. The efficiencies are remarkable. A few lines, a subtle brushstroke, a shadow here and there and I know exactly what I'm looking at.

But what truly stops me in my tracks is the architecture, especially as it's detailed with watercolor.

Today I stumbled across the existence of an important historical movement.

This one I'll return to. Geometry, transparent washes, neutral colors.
