Having been convinced of Taubes thesis in Good Calories, Bad Calories, I've put into practice the model of nutrition he proposes.
My weight is down 17 pounds so far.
This, after gaining four pounds on a 1000-calorie/day low-fat diet, sustained for five months.
Impressive as a validation of the model. And quite a damning conclusion for the model of low-fat diets.
Interesting use/misuse of science, I'd say.
