My interest in human wisdom has roots that go back many years now. I can trace them to a vivid experience with a particular piece of sculpture I encountered at the annual art show in Loveland, Colorado in 1997. Sometime soon I'll journal that experience.
After years of reading, pondering, watching, listening, after countless hours in Norlin Library at the University of Colorado, in the midst of cooking in the quiet recesses of my mind the expression of wisdom in the arts--I'm coming to a point of needing to write and talk. Not too much, just a little. But it's a start.
In my meditations this morning it came to me that I have several friends who have more than a passing acquaintance with Wisdom. Some are aware of my interest. Most are not. Yet.
They soon will be.
